This blog has found a new meaning in life. I have moved it from Blogger Blogspot and now will continue its existence by continuing the battle to get some of my blogs back from Blogger Blogspot…
I have been fighting tooth and nail against blogger to get three of my blogs back. The copy and paste below is my information from Blogger help. As you can see blogger never ever acknowledges anyone but they have several odd balls that seem to enjoy acting like they are people of importance. As you can see they have a lot of cut and paste answers with links to all their blogs on why you are a bad person when Blogger does what Blogger does…
Not a spam blog:

http://windowstorussiaamazoncom.blogspot.com/ original url
I use IE, Firefox, Opera, all browsers…
This has been cut and paste from where I am being ignored. I also have had two posts deleted by some unknown person and reason. Communication is zilch and no one seems to care.
Letter from other post:
“”"”Called Coffee Talk Shop it use to be http://coffee.windowstorussia.com. I have since taken my domain back and can not remember the original Blogspot address.
I was blocked from access before April 11th 2010. I have followed all of the 4 steps as everyone has been told so many times. I have even had twice to give Google my phone number and get an unlock code.
This was a very important blog that has been locked for over a month and a half. I am not even allowed to see the blog.
The latest attempt at getting my data back – “We received your unlock request on May 25, 2010. On behalf of the robots, we apologize for locking your non-spam blog. Please be patient while we take a look at your blog and verify that it is not spam.” The first unlock request was April 11th. I have been religiously keeping up on trying to get my data back. This blog was a very important data blog for me and I was only able to save 64 out of the 500+ posts through cache that I was using as a data base for research…
I have moved the domain to WordPress and restarted the blog. I really only want the ability to retrieve my posts. They are very important to me.
I really consider this a very rude situation that extends beyond normal. I have given an email in which I have been told by the Blogger system that someone will get back to me in a few days. If I was a spammer I would careless about the data and but many articles had links for my papers that I write. I really feel that if I have violated some issue then someone has had time to at least tell me that “I am a sorry excuse for a human and go away!” But no – I am constantly told that someone will look at my blog and get back with me by my address peppy100@mail.ru.
So If a human could actually let me have even two hours I could get my posts that were data for my writtings. I will never bother Blogger again. I have moved all my important blogs and data projects due to this rude situation that has set me back a year in progress. I have learned a lesson from this. I keep a hard copy backup of my data now…
I will never give up on getting my data back. I need it! It could be a very long year…
Thanks for any help that could be offered.

Blogger’s spam-prevention robots have detected that your blog has characteristics of a spam blog. (What’s a spam blog?) Since you’re an actual person reading this, your blog is probably not a spam blog. Automated spam detection is inherently fuzzy, and we sincerely apologize for this false positive.
We received your unlock request on June 1, 2010. On behalf of the robots, we apologize for locking your non-spam blog. Please be patient while we take a look at your blog and verify that it is not spam.
Another week gone by.
I also have had my original post deleted that I tried to start a new issue. and that really upset me. That is why I have come to a post that has activity.
This is getting old…
My blog is not spam.

Almost three months…
Sad I would like my blog back and get my data.

I would really like some help on this and I am not going away. This is very wrong and have reached three months in a few days. I would just like to get my data back for my research papers. Please do not delete this request!

Oh for your information it has been over three mounts…
This recording of posts is being done for a record of events. I am keeping a copy of all transactions or lack of transactions. I would really just like to have my data back. Please…

Kyle,
You’ll be able to have your data back after the blog is reviewed, and returned to service. We have a simple, 4 step protocol, which has been proven effective, when properly used – when your blog truly is not spam. Please do, in this order, without awaiting response from any previous step:
1. Please, read the articles, cited below. Learn how to do steps #2 and #3, and why we have this problem. Help us to help you, and to help others.
2. Submit a review request.
3. Submit an appeal.
4. Do not wait for a response from either Steps #2 or #3. Post here, stating when you executed steps #2 & #3, and providing the BlogSpot URL(s) of the blog(s).
If you miss one step, the restore won’t work. You need to do #1, then #2, then #3, then #4. These are not mindless formalities, they are logical progression, and they help us to help you better.

This is a constant problem, and you’re not being singled out – read some other questions where I post this same advice. Get to work – you can do Steps #1 – 4 in an hour, and move on with your life. The link above explains what you need to do. The links below explain why you need to do this.

Thanks, Kyle. Blogger gets 2 business days to process restores requested and appealed. So, we’ll give them until Thursday to act directly from your requests. If they have not acted by then (which seems to be the case in maybe 50% of the time), please reply here, and we’ll take the next step.

OK, this is escalated to Blogger Support on your behalf.
We do apologise for any inconvenience, and hope that you’ll be patient while you wait for your blog to be reviewed, and only post in this question. When you reply in other questions, or ask duplicate / multiple questions, it just makes more work for everybody – and delays resolution of everybody’s problems, including yours.
And, please be aware that this is the final review, and the decision of the umpires cannot be appealed.

This has now officially been since April 11th, 2010! I just need my data back so that I can have my information and links that are involved in my research papers, on bribery, corruption and many other political issues.

Your blog was confirmed as spam. Blogger suggests that you read the TOS. They are hoping that their next major project will involve overhauling the spam evaluation process – so they can provide specific guidance as to what part of the TOS is a problem for you.

Interesting…
Thanks anyway!
Kyle Keeton
This is an ongoing attempt to get my information back from the old Coffee Talk Blog… I am recording it like this now because I have had two attempts already deleted by blogger in trying to get my information back. This information is of no use to them and I have asked just to have even a few hours to obtain all my data…
I also had two other blogs deleted with no exclamation nor reason. They did not even let me try to get them back. As far as I can tell those blogs are deleted but the old Coffee Talk is still there and I have been trying since April 11th, 2010 to get the data back…
Everything that has been an issue is and are blogs that were political in nature. They dealt with bribery and corruption in America as their main theme…
They were a storage base for all my data that encompasses my work on a paper that I am doing…
Thanks Blogger! This story will not end until you give me my data back. I do not care about your blog service and will gladly never blog again on blogger. Just want my data…
